Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We recognize our responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information about you which we acquire in connection with your application. We protect your personal information to an equivalent high standard to that which you would experience through any other channels of the bank. Please note however that our responsibility is necessarily limited to protection by us of information which we obtain.

Collection of Information

To enable us to process your booking we will typically acquire information which includes your name, your e-mail and addresses, and other relevant details.

We do not disclose your information to anyone outside the Group except:

  • where we have your permission; or
  • where we are required or permitted to do so by law; or
  • to other companies who provide a service to us or you
  • where we may transfer rights and obligations under this agreement.

All Bookings

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online at or made through e-mail or in person.

When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Aishwarya Residency. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Aishwarya Residency.


You will be asked to guarantee your booking with a debit or credit card including your 3 digit security code or through net banking. We accept all major cards.

A full non refundable, non transferable payment is required for promotional, seasonal and advance purchase rates at the time of booking.

On arrival at the hotel, all reservations will require a pre-authorisation with a credit card or cash deposit to cover incidentals during your stay.

BO Clause

"We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

What happens if you need to cancel?

Please cancel any bookings made online by clicking on the cancellation link mentioned in your reservation voucher

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation done before 48 hours of guest check-in: 75% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellation done within 48 hours of guest check-in: No refund

Promotional rates are non refundable and non transferable in the event of cancellation. Cancellation protection not available on selected packages including Christmas & New Year (request relevant terms and conditions).

Cancellation by Aishwarya Residency

Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible, and offer you an alternative accommodation of the same standard, or higher, or offer a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.

Force Majeure

Aishwarya Residency cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to "force majeure". Circumstances amounting to "force majeure" include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.


All rates quoted are per room per night and are subject to availability and include Value Added Taxes. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.

Children's Policy

Accommodation for up to 2 children aged 5 or under is free when sharing with two adults in a standard guest bedroom. Upgrade charges apply for larger rooms.

To accommodate a family in our guest bedrooms, a foldaway bed will be used.


Breakfast will be charged at Rs.75/- per head per day

Car Parking

Car parking is available free, subject to availability at our hotel. Your room booking does not guarantee a parking space and if you find the car park is full, you will be given directions to the nearest alternative site.

Mobility Impaired

Our hotels comply with the access requirements of local disability legislation. If you have special requirements please inform us at the time of booking.

Check In & Check Out

24 hours Check-in/Check-out valid for arrivals between 09:00 Am to 09:00 Pm only. (Check-in any time between 09:00 Am to 09:00 Pm and the same time will be your check-out time on your date of check-out.).

Rooms cannot be guaranteed before 09:00 Am. (Before 09:00 Am, rooms can be provided subject to availability of rooms only.).
